Sales and Marketing Manager
Your initial and continued contact with Reprint Services is Greg Highberg, National
Sales and Marketing Manager. Greg will see that your needs are being met to the best of
his ability. He will review and coordinate projects including direct mail marketing,
in-house advertising and special advertiser programs with you and the sales
representative. Questions concerning agreements, special projects, billing concerns,
production quotes, commission changes,etc. can be addressed directly to Greg. He will also
be available for follow-up visits at your request. Essentially, Greg will be accessible to
you in any way necessary to ensure your success with Reprint Services.
Researcher
A necessary and crucial assistant to the sales representative, the researcher becomes
an expert on your publication(s). They read the publication(s) within 3 days of arrival at
Reprint Services to develop new leads, always looking for new markets for reprint sales.
While maintaining Telemagic - Reprint Services contact management system - they
update the sales representatives of upcoming trade shows and events.
Sales Representative
Having a wealth of knowledge not
only about your publication(s), but also your specific customers' needs, your sales
representative will aggressively sell reprints of your editorial content as well as
selling the value of reprints to promote future sales. They will develop a great
understanding of your publication(s), potential articles, prospective clients, and the
process of producing reprints. They work very closely with the researcher and the contract
sales manager to help promote your publication(s) in all possible venues.
Job Planner
From a production standpoint, they will field the estimates, the jobs and all the
production questions. Overflowing with a great deal of knowledge in quality printing and
production, they are an asset for both the sales representatives, the end user and for
you.
PreFlight
Members of our preflight team play an important role in the appearance of your
reprints. They work with you to create the standards to which every reprint must be
produced, then make sure these standards are followed in production.
Customer Service Representative
They are the liaison between sales and production to ensure quality reprints. They
track all jobs in-process, so they will be extremely knowledgeable about both what the
customer and the publisher expect from each job. Customer services is their name, and
their goal, to both you and the customer buying your reprints.
Management
Essentially, they are available to the publisher and the reprint team at all times, in
any facet. |
